For a straightforward like-for-like combi boiler swap, you can expect to pay in the region of £1,800–£2,500. If you’re converting to a new system type or relocating your boiler, costs can rise to £3,500–£5,000 depending on the complexity of the work involved.

How long does it take to install a new boiler?

What rooms in my house can a boiler be installed in?
You can actually install a boiler in most rooms in your house, from the garage to the kitchen — but they do need to meet a few key conditions. There needs to be enough space available for servicing and maintenance and following the manufacturers‘ instructions around flueing and ventilation is also key!
Can I install a boiler myself?
Working with gas and boilers can be very dangerous, so it’s never worth the risk of trying to do this yourself. What is the Gas Safe Register?
We are on the Gas Safe Register, which is the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey. It replaced CORGI registration and by law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register.
